Well, here is a little covey of handguns in the field. We were hunting flowers....uhhh, I mean, we were interested in the flowers, but also doing a little plinking at a BLM site.

BTW, mine are the three on the lower right. The other four belong to my friend.

In a field of flowers is not quite what I was thinking but it works. I'm sure they appreciated the field trip. Thanks for sharing!

Nice pasque flowers! (hehe). Nice guns, too.

I may be wrong, but from the vegetation I see in your pics I'm guessing you're not from Denmark, but rather from the Northern Great Plains.

My son with his Win 70 Featherweight 30-06 last fall.

Both sons with their rifles 2 falls before that. One with a Rem 700 30-06, the other the same rifle above.

One more pic. My Ruger 77 30-06 (1970 vintage) with the moose I shot last fall. Couldn't find the pic last night to post with the other two.

That sucker is huge. Looks like the 30-06 put a hurting on that shoulder.

    Took three shots.
First one low, second high (he was running).
He stopped and stood up at the edge of his hole for the last shot.

Its a fair sized Maine moose. Dressed weight 850lbs. That hurting shoulder was actually first shot dead center in the shoulder, then as he turned and started to leave two more shots just above and ahead of the shoulder into the lungs.
