The HK SR9T is in the house
[:D][:D] This gun is awesome. One of 225 Imported. Polygonal barrel,( same as PSG-1 ) PSG-1 trigger group, adjustable cheekpiece , buttplate. Never been shot...and may be the Last Imported HK .308 I am getting ahold of HK to find out.

Nobody ever asked you to go bankrupt over a tenant.
Nobody even ever asked you to go above and beyond to help a tenant.
The issue was that you, a man with a fleet of Corvettes and a gun collection that's worth more than some people's houses, felt no personal obligation to help out a poor person that was sitting without electricity or heat because YOUR property failed them.
In fact, when posters here tried to appeal to your better nature, instead of even trying to justify yourself you just responded with your over-the-top Ebenezer Scrooge routine (like you're doing now).
Which you do so well I can only assume it's how you naturally are.
I don't believe in God. I do believe that what goes around comes around. If I were you, I'd hope you don't run into her again (or someone like her) in a dark alley.0
