Ooh, ooh that smell

Can't you smell that smell?

Who else has the aroma of assorted fish lofting through their house on this fine Christmas Eve?
Smelts, shrimp, mussels, clam sauce, scungilli, fried calamari & salmon going here.

C'mon Cubs, I know you're Italian too. Me thinks it's time to head to the garage for a bit.[xx(]

    Not italian, but there was the aroma of fresh water shrimp, kielbassa, buffalo wings, terriyaki (sp) wings, and a bunch of cheeses, crackers, pickles, olives etc...

    I dont cook christmas eve, but have snack foods....(finger foods) even the dessert is finger food (tiny cakes)

    I love shrimp and calamari...the mussels are classics...

    That's what Christmas Eve smells like in an Italian house? Boy am I glad I'm Irish.

    Cheese, Summer Sausage, Shrimp, Steaks, Mashed Tators, corn and salad for supper tonight. I always cook the Christmas Eve meal.
