Innocent people die when these idiots run from the cops at speeds of 100+ at night in neighborhoods.
Thats one idiot that wont run no more, preventing possible deaths of some innocent family driving home at night.

Yep.
I view a person who takes to a high speed car chase the same as I would someone throwing the door open at a shopping center and without aiming at anyone, randomly emptying a 100 round drum mag.
Everyone of those shoppers are in danger of getting hit and dying.
I believe the police would be just as justified in taking the random high cap shooter out also.0 -
I dont want to play know it all, but I think this could have been prevented, or the guy should have been taken out after he displayed no care for human life. The Officer has the same ram bars as I do on my cruiser and had a perfect chance once to completely take him out when the guy turned in a circle. Im just glad no innocent life was lost. 0 -

The driver obviously wasn't trying to ram the police car or he wouldn't have stopped and gone around him!
Was the runner or the cop the idiot in this high speed chase?
When the cop said something to the effect of:
"I'm going to take him out"
There was no doubt in my mind the cop was going to murder him, and all of his chum's would back him up that it was "justified" [:(!]0 -

You need to look at the camera numbers and figure out for yourself which cop shot the runner.

the driver of the fleeing car was putting innocent life in jeopordy. in my opinion the police should ALWAYS take WHATEVER action is necesarry to end high speed pursuits.
i had a family member killed by a fleeing suspect when he ran a red light at 80mph. he got 4 years in jail, she is dead. he deserves to be dead, not in jail.
kudos to the police for saving innocent life and ending guilty life.0 -

That obviously was saying he was going to pit him, not kill him. But hey, you guys believe what you want. Only cop haters would think a cop would say to dispatch on a recorded link he was going to kill someone, and, the one that said it wasn't the one who shot him.
