Mayor Daley the king of Chicago had one job in the past week.
Make sure the field is ready for todays game.
I am sick and tired of turf problems at Soldier Field. It is a never ending problem. This has been going on for years. Green Bay does not have this problem.
The Chicago Park District has long been a home for patronage jobs, payoffs and ghost payrolls. OK whatever. It's politics as usual in Chicago, until the laziness and incompetence affects the Bears.
This field is terrible. (As usual) Soldier Field has had grass for well over ten years now. One would think the Chicago Park District would have a clue what they are doing by now. Unfortunately, like the mayor, they don't.
