Maybe not by law but by closing their eyes.

But if you want to see Mexicans crossing the border go there and watch from 7:00-9:00 any morning of the week. I counted 127.
At the same time at the crossing point where the gaurds are inside
(all 8 of them)

How has the gov't exempted itself at Fort Bliss? I'm curious. Military installations are almost as bad as Washington D.C. By-name and by-quarters databases with registered guns stored there are kept and run everytime and MP responds to a call. 0
