Lake Effect Snow--UGH!

I wanted to head down to Fort Drum and go to the gym this morning. I hate this Lake Effect Snow crap. It took me 3 hours to make a 40 minute trip from home to Fort Drum last week. Missouri here I come.

  Cool enough with enougn chance for rain that my buddy's and I haven't been to the range for 6 weeks, we've got the shakes real bad now. Last Thursday 1 quite his job 6 times in the same day, man he really needs to go shooting.

  You come here and you won't have to deal with snow... just ice and moronic drivers that can keep their cars under control in even the slightest bit of rain much less snow or ice. The main problem here is that it typically gets warmer during the day and the snow/ice melts just enough for it to freeze over again at night. Terrible conditions.
  
  I wish we got snow... I grew up in Duluth Minnesota where we actually had Winter. Not this crap we have here in Missouri.

  I grew up in the city of Minneapolis--a couple blocks east of the Mississippi near Minnehaha Falls. I'll be heading to Fort Leonard Wood, MO QUITE soon!
