when you guys say "roll" I'm guessing you mean round bales, but what size/weight?
Not many round balers left around here just mostly 2 stringers from 80/110 lb'ers and 3 stringers that avge 215/230 and then to midsize 900# and 1700/1880# for 4x4x8

Getting reamed around here for it, ( It's being shipped to California where they pay much more) I pay $220.00 per ton for high quality Eastern Oregon grass hay and $190.00 a ton for alfalfa.

I go through about 4 tons a month on average.

We don't have the round bales here in Pa, they outlawed them!!!

They claimed the livestock wasn't getting a square meal!!![:D]

This has been a good year in Northern Illinois. Plenty of rain, so the Hay crop has been the best in years. As I drive to work I have seen 18 wheelers in the field trucking round bales of to who knows where. I understand there is a big demand for it in Missouri.
