In the video they say they arent sure if he broke any laws. I just hope when he does get EVERYTHING back will it ALL be there. Im pretty certain he has family somewhere that can look after him and his property. My uncle got his stuff back he was missing alot of magazines and clips to his weapons.

His son has been around a number of times already. I know that on some departments stuff will get "lost". With the people that are involved from APD nothing is going to get "lost". Everyone involved knows that they are under a microscope with this whole thing and are being very careful about how stuff is logged and secured.

Never heard of anything more blown out of proportion than this story.
Typical anti gun police action and press propaganda. However I do notice the "Nazi flag" he had, was also thrown in to make the pot more binding. That is always supposed to make things look worse. The man came out with a shotgun, (evidentaly legal, and on his own property.
Not a shot was fired evidentaly. Just why was his house searched?
Is a DWI persons house searched? Is a drug users house searched? Is
a Illegal Aliens house searched ? Kinda makes me wonder if I will be
next for having a few legal weapons and legal ammo, AND a Nazi flag and
over 70,000,000 Marks in Kraut money as souvineers I returned with from
    WW 2 with as souvineers.

He NEVER pointed the shotgun at any Police Officer. The tree guys are the ones that claim he pointed it at them.

    Um per your FIRST post:
From the radio station web site.

    http://www.wlki.com/news.php

(ANGOLA) - A man was arrested yesterday by Angola Police after he allegedly pointed a double barreled shotgun at some tree trimmers and police officers outside of a home he was living in at the southwest corner of Randolph and Williams Street.

So, are you purposely misrepresenting something?

You may work on AFD either as full time or volenteer. Do you also work for the APD? You seem to "know" an awful lot of personal info about this case.

So in your educated opinion what did the guy do wrong? OBVIOUSLY he did SOMETHING or they wouldn't have CONSCIFATED his personal belongings would they? Is APD just a bunch of JBT's?

I am growing suspicious of you with every post.

Can almost understand his frustration with tree trimmers. I had a confrontation (minus shotgun) with the trimmers contracted by power company to trim along the line on rear of my place. Understand need to trim- but NOT need to shove cut evergreen branches into the hogwire fence. Asked them nice to stop, and remove the cut branches. Once. Next conversation I had was with ICE. Immigration. Gee, seemed tree trimmers came up short their entire work crew- except the foreman. [:p]

Probably the same bunch of trimmers I had a problem with. Most beautiful blue spruce I have and they were going to destroy it. Had a nice[;)] talk with them and they called their HQ and then did a small amount of cutting. When spring came the whole top started to die. Going to call a tree expert this spring and see what the problem is. I truly believe they poisoned it some way. Could be they drove some kind of spike in next to the top.
