What do these cities have in common?
New Orleans has 9 murders in first 8 days of the year.
Baltimore has 10 murders in first 9 days of the year.

  God wants them to be "chocolate" cities?
  or maybe
  Baltimore was once a grain exporter. Now it is a grain importer.
  New Orleans will soon become a grain importer with the rise in ethanol use.
  
  Maybe I am reading too much into this.
