    I wouldnt worry aobut the wood that much unless its been sanded below the metal. If the metal is good and you are going to shoot it I think its a fair price with the scope and all. They quit making them a long time ago.

    There is one that is being auctioned on GB right now to collectors. Although he does not come right out and say that the piece is all original, it might be a question to ask, if collectibility, value, and shootability are concerns:

    You are most welcome, coltnutz. I've always thought having one of those would be fun to shoot, and a great collectible if all original, due primarily to the caliber.
