HCR 40 - AGAINST NAFTA HIGHWAY SYSTEM:

the United States should not engage in the construction of a NAFTA Superhighway System; against the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) to implement additional regulations to create a North American Union with Canada and Mexico; and ask the President to strongly oppose these or any other proposals that threaten U.S. sovereignty.
