If you can try working out. A tired body will not allow your mind to overwork and you can sleep. Just a thought.

I log OFF all message boards and such at about midnight, Doug, and concentrate on writing. Usually the sleepies catch up with me about 0200 or so at which time I sleep like a teenager. I know what it is to not sleep however, and you have my sympathy.
