My wife just told me there was a mexican working on the post office roof yesterday, she asked him a question and he couldn't understand english.

What makes you think that some random bleener working on a roof is a Federal Employee?
He probably works for the contractor that got the bid. Blame the contractor for hiring him, or call ICE and report both of them.0 -
