Did I read this correct? One female, drunk enough to be slipping in and out of concessness and was raped by a female and a male. All three happenned to be in the Air Firce. 0 -
Forget the threesome. Last I heard group sex wasn't a crime. Immoral? Perhaps, depends on your beliefs. Kinda classless? Yes. Illegal? The charge should be raping/gross sexual imposition on the staff sergeant who was in and out of consciousness. They are all enlisted so there is no officer fraternization problem; ergo, I say that the charge was wrong. 0 -
