Destroyed bullet puller
Was trying to remove bullet from a 6.55 Swede when the plastic puller exploded in my face. Glad I had glasses on. Little bits of plastic all over the place and no idea where the collet ended up.

The same thought used to occur to me when I was using a Lee Loader.
I wonder if anyone ever had one go off when they were loading a round?
I know I had some primers go off when I was seating them.0
