We have a good game between BC & Mich. State 14-10 starting the 3rd Quarter.
Two more bowl games today to enjoy.TCU and Houston in the Texas Bowl, and a bigger one with Maryland and Oregon State in the Emerald Bowl.0 -

I think the TX bowl is only on the NFL network.
Is the TX bowl the bowl from Houston that was previously called the galleryfurniture.com bowl? I used to live in Houston and "Matress Mac" started the GF.com bowl back when we lived there. One heck of a salesman that's for sure.0 -

I really can't answer that maalox. They have so many bowl games today that I find them hard to track. then when the sponsors apply their names, it becomes even more confusing.0 -

The Houston Bowl is a now-defunct NCAA-sanctioned Division I-A college football bowl game that was played annually in Houston, Texas from 2000-2005. The game was originally known as the galleryfurniture.com Bowl (for the website of the Houston furniture chain of the same name) in 2000 and 2001. In 2002, the Houston Bowl was born and later named the EV1.net Houston Bowl for the remainder of the game's existence.
The Houston Bowl was played in two locations during its tenure. Houston's Reliant Astrodome housed the galleryfurniture.com Bowl. And, in 2002, the game moved to Reliant Stadium, the home of the NFL's Houston Texans. However, after 2005, the bowl failed to return EV1.net as a sponsor, and the bowl was ended.0 -
