Anal itch
Also known as: Anal Pruritus, Itchy Butt
I once treated a woman who had been treated for anal itch for years with creams, lotions, diets and even surgery; still she suffered from severe anal itch. It got so bad that she had to sleep in gloves to keep from scratching her skin off. She came to me as a last resort. After analyzing everything she ate we determined that she had an inordinate amount of artificial sweetener in her diet. She stopped drinking diet sodas and her itch cleared up.
Now if you want to talk REAL problems ... I have noticed this rash below the head of my dingaling. It has a redish dry color and feels like it is a patch of dry skin. Every now and then a piece ... well, you get the picture.
Anybody else have Dingaling Rot?

For a "internal itch" have your wife/GF/SO use a 1.5" Stainless steel "bottle brush", mounted in a cordless drill.
For a "external itch" have them use some 24grit on a belt sander.
One of those will cure your itching [}:)]0 -

It's a yeast infection. Get some vaginal cream and put on your willie. Should clear up in about 3 days with proper treatment.
