hows the quiting smoking going guys???????
if i remember correctly there was a few of us who has quit around the first of the year, just wondering how everyone is working out

...April first will be a year for me...it's NOT going well...tempted ALL the time. Commit losenges did it for me...still use at least one-two a day [:0]. Think THAT may be like the boozer that gave up bourbon by switching to scotch...[;)]
Seeing someone else smoke, stopped bothering me after a few weeks
..it's when out shooting, sitting around the barn at the ranch having a drink with the guys...is what's HARD!

Oddly enough when someone else is "being stinky" around me it doesn't trigger me - the smell puts me off.
I do still use the nicotine gum now and then in high stress situations but not regularly.0 -

I am working on quiting and have cut way back, but my skoal consumption has gone up to about 1 1/2 cans a week where a can used to last me about 2 weeks.0 -
