what the heck are these? they look like cb caps.

  Are they blanks or such ??
  
  Then they might be for a Platz (schreckschuss - or starterpistol) or nailgun.
  
  They're usually made in 6mm Platz, 8mm and 9mm.

  dont know.
  they are olive green in color. i dont see a projectile. they have the letter p on them.

  they did make them in blanks as stated, but they also made them with tear gas which are hard to find, if they are let me know
