LOTTERY
Does your state have a lottery? Mine doesn't and it think they should. Good way to raise a lot of money for education in my opinion.

A woman came home, screeching! her car into the driveway, and ran into the
house. She slammed the door and shouted at the top of her lungs, "Honey, pack
your bags. I won the damn lottery!"
The husband said, "Oh my God! What should I pack, beach stuff or mountain stuff?"
"Doesn't matter," she said. "Just get the hell out."0 -
So the POWERBALL is up to 240million, I'm not a winner but i thought i post and see what yall would do with it.
Me i would move out of the area i live in and buy up a crap full of land, and put a house on it(nothing big just something for me and possible kids in the future). that way i can hunt anytime of the year. I'd probably even build an underground wine seller, and a underground Gun Seller(this one for sure). I would invest the majority of the money and live off the interest. Give some to charity, and then spread some to the family and give to my nephews and nieces (trust funds for the little ones, could only touch some in collage then the rest when there around 30 or 35, that way they have to work at least some).0 -
Run for president in 08 like everybody else. 0 -
Move to Wyoming. Buy a good amount of land hopefully up agianst BLM land. Get some horses and wander around the mountains until I croaked.
I would have to go on a few brown bear hunts in different locations. Add some moose hunts in for good measure. [:)]0 -
Instead of a new tractor, I would buy a 963 Bobcat. Forks, bucket, oversized bucket for snow, and air conditioning. Buy a few guns, and a few more acres behind the house to the creek. Maybe ten or more. Mom and Dad can live in this house. I think Mrs. Plaid would want a bungalow. Make it big with lots of millwork. I like wood. It can accentuate the the rifles in the office.
Place a stone fence around the yard. Brick drive and brick patio.
Oh yeah, give away 5-7 FN 5.7's on GB.com forums. I guess that would technically be a straw purchase. Sounds like the ATF doesn't see the difference between gifts and straw purchases. Maybe this will work. Give away gift certificates from LF for the cost of the gun, tax, shipping and 1000 rounds. The winner could spend it on whatever else then. Mind you, this is only what I would do if I won the Biggame, Mega, Powerball, or whatever.0 -
A few thousand acres, a huge victorian house, early 1900 style barn, a huge lake, and alot of guns. Might even give the wife $5 to spend anyway she wanted to.[:D] 0 -
I probably wouldn't have time for this forum. 0 -

LOL, why buy a smog infested island here when you can probably get an island somewhere by the caribbean or somewhere where the air is fresh and for less. oh and I'm sure you'd have a better view and better beach. lets think outside the USA or at least near0 -
Buy a luxury submarine and christen it the "ME"
Then run an ad in the paper;
Looking for experienced female sailors that would like to go down on ME.
[8D][;)][:0]
Seriously, probably open an arms museum.0 -
240 million dollars and no one here has mentioned drugs and hookers ? geez, what fun you guys would be, haha 0 -

How long have you wanted to beat on children?0 -
Give it all to the Hari Krishnas on the condition they stey the hell out of the airports 0 -
Seriously split 50% up among the family
Use the rest to buy land Idaho and in Arizona build big earth sheltered homes with good fields of fire stock them with food and weapons and set back and hide from the vultures. And I would actually try to follow my dream hobby of prospecting in Alaska and elsewhere. like to try Australia as well0 -
Got up this morn to see that indeed, someone in Missouri did win the

HAHA funny...Kids around here have nothing to do. They are lazy, they have no drive, the list go on and on. Jack Dempsey lived and trained not far from here and with the the success of boxing based clubs in larger cities it has been something I have been thinking about for a while now. Who knows...I might even have to play the Lotto some day. [:D]0 -

I'm moving in with sarge.
I'd do the same thing.
Only a little different...
I'd buy a couple hundred acres here for whitetail, couple hundred out west for Elk, couple hundred in Canada for bear. And a cabin out in the Dakotas. And a Vette of course.0 -
I'd run to the hills and as far away from the daily grind as possible. LOTS of acreage, small log home, BIG log outbuilding for the toys, and all the free time and money to do what ever the wife and I want.[^] 0 -
First, move out of Arkansas to Texas before claiming the money (they would surely want me to pay state income tax even though Ark has no lottery).Change my name to avoid all the "friends" I'd suddenly have, take most of it in cash and put it in a safe place. Never pay another cent of income tax. Buy a LOT of new toys and a place to enjoy them. Make sure my Grandkids are provided for. 0 -
Move to Minnesota and fish and hunt until the day I die. I would put some into a fund for future kids. I would put some into a nice, small house with a bunch of land, a boat, pickup, some guns (of course), the usual stuff. I'd invest probably at least 50% of it and live on the interest. Whatever was left over would go to churches, charities, etc. 0 -
I would buy a home for my daughter[soon to be my kidney donor] and grandkids,
and make sure that all my kids were set for life.
Only then would I consider myself.0
