Marlin Model# 62

Does anyone have a Marlin Model# 62? What caliber is it and what do you think of it? What calibers do they come in if you know? I saw my first one recently and they look nice.

  Model 62 Levermatic, comes in .256 magnum, and .30 carbine. First 4000 models were shipped without serial numbers in violation of federal regulations. If you have a non numbered one it can be sent back to this day to be numbered..

  i am not sure about the model 62, but i have a marlin levermatic that i bought new in 1969, it is 22mag.
  i will get it out tonite and see if it has any other model# or name on it

  Your marlin REX is a model 57 or 57m Marlin made the levermatic in a model 56 which was a clip fed 22lr, the 57 is a tube fed which came in 22lr and 22mag and the 57m which is a tube fed 22mag. Then the model 62 like classic said, 256 win and 30 carbine.
