    Give it to the Cops and tell them what the driver did that made you want to track them down and that you want to file a complaint. Then after they make a report about it ask for a copy if it and it may have the address on it.

    I'm afraid to ask but why do you want it?

    I don't know of any legal way to get them. If you're good friends with any LEO's then they might run it for you, even thought they aren't really supposed to do things like that.

    And now I feel bad for kind of kidding around with my last remark, sorry for your lose.
