Suspected assasination on Bill Clinton in Denmark

A danish hunter was suddenly suspected of wanting to shoot former President Bill Clinton.
Local police and bodyguards got themselves a mean wakeupcall/scare, when they began to receive information about an armed man who stood along the route of Bill Clintons motorcade.
But as time would tell, it was a danish hunter who had hit a deer with his car.
He caused a brief panic during Bill Clintons visit in Aarhus in Denmark yesterday.
When the Ex-Presidents motorcade was about to leave the local airport on monday night, a concerned citizen called the policestation and told them, that there was a man standing on the side of the road with a rifle.
The citizen told the police where it was, and it was right along the route that the motorcade was to go.
It is told that anywhere in the world, the president and the ex-presidents are followed by a massive security/safety-force.
Neither the police, nor the bodyguards took any chances when the information began to come in.
"Anyone involved were put on high allert immediately, and in such a situation the dfencive measures are raised instantly, " says Chief of Police John Jacobsen.
But shortly after the information came in, the whole thing could be called off as the hunter had called the police himself.
During the call, he informed the police that he had hit a deer and that he had used his rifle to kill off the deer.
"He handled the incident by the book, but as he saw police closing in, he choose to call the police himself. The episode lasted only a few minutes. But I come straight from the Police watchcommander and his hairs on the back of the neck - are still standing on end." says Chief of Police John Jacobsen.

I might add here - that through the time... Bill Clinton is the most popular US President - at least in Denmark.
He is the one who have managed to gather the biggest crowds.
