FFLs have to hold a used trade in?
I saw on another post reference to a rule about an FFL has to hold a used firearm for atleast 15 days before they can sell it?

There are no Federal laws about this...and it would not accomplish anything, other than to screw with dealers. There is no registry for these guns to be entered in, so how would holding them for "X" amount of time accomplish anything? They come in and they go out... 0 -
i was under the impression that an ffl, when receivng a transfer, collected their fee and had to run a background check. the firearm was already paid for at that point. 0 -
LF is a pawnbroker, it sounds like a state law.
Pawn shops in MI can't take in or sell handguns at all.
