Happy and notso Happy

Made a trip back over to Powell Wyoming this weekend to see the new grandaughter,who was born on 20-June. had fun handling and watching new baby, but more fun watching the new parents.
Not so Happy
Other Grandaughter (7) calls this morning, " Poppa, Pretty ( my english pointer 4 yo)is off her chain", I tell her where to look for her.
Next call " Poppa, Pretty is dead, run over", Daughter puts her in wheelbarrow behind shed till I get home around 20:30, after looking at her she must have took a bumper or wheel to the head and death was quick and merciful. I buried my old Cow Dog barely 11 montsh ago and I ain't over him yet and now this one
