FORMER POLICE CAPTAIN TO BECOME NRA PRESIDENT . . . John Sigler, retired captain of the Dover, Del., police department and a corporate attorney, has been elected president of the National Rifle Association of America. Sigler's goals, according to Lee Williams in an article in The News Journal, are to defend the Second Amendment's protection to keep and bear arms, increase the number of firearm ranges and increase NRA membership.
