Stubborn Cement Joint Expansion Material
I'm working on a driveway and the common fibrous expansion joint material is now two-thirds out. The last third is a total beyatch and will not budge up out of the joint. I've already used my cordless recipro saw to cut straight through and down the entire length of the material to relieve it a bit but still no dice. It is really in there and I have to get it out one way or the other.
Any suggestions as to how best to remove the rest? It's about 5 feet long.
Thanks.

You could try these:
http://www.wttool.com/product-exec/product_id/39142/nm/3_Pc_TiN_Coated_Mortar_Rake_Set
It would be messy, but it would get it out.
