high standard supermatic citation
Does anyone have a serial number list? Id like to know the age or any other details. Serial is mL21539. What are the holes on the bottom of the barrel for?

i assume you have a 5 1/2" bbl? the holes are for external bbl weights. see below.
ML series guns were made in the late 70's.

My info came from the standard catalog of firearms, they have a complete section on the High standard target pistols.. Including dates of shipping by serial numbers.. they could be wrong though.. Its close..I have the Military model Trophy that says military on the side and not indicated in the serial number 0 -

I once linked over to that site and a moderator, the one with the PhD earned by counting brush strokes on old paintings, not only poofed it but told me that site is the forbidden zone and can never be linked here!0 -
