only about 2500 made. this one is serial numbe 03303.............
so i guess somewhere around 3300 were made?????

None taken, but I don't understand that either. I guess they didn't start at 00001.
This is the "modified" version of the Swedish MP-9 SMG to shoot only semi-auto, but the Feds realized that with just a little "grinding, cutting, or filing", it would indeed be an MP-9.
If we ever have another amnisty (sp), I suppose it will become an MP-9.0 -

It's not a Tec 9, it's a KG-9 open bolt weapon. The later ones fire from a closed bolt. This one fires from an open bolt like a submachinegun. All the later versions, DC-9, AB10, Tec-9 are extremely hard to modify and not worth very much. It's like the early open bolt MAC's are all golden while the later closed bolt MAC's are not very valuable.0 -

The serial numbering could be screwy like with many fireams manufacturers. For example Colt was famous for different numbering patterns. On their Colt Scout .22s they began at number 1000Q. Whitney Firearms with the Kennedy lever action started anew with Number 1 after 1000 units were made, with the first number preceded by a letter of the alphabet beginning with the letter A and ending with S.0 -

Don't know about the later versions but I think this one only takes MP-9 or equivalent magazines. Haven't tried any others. Lots of them on the net though.0
