Many times someone will reply right after another,....get beat by someone else, and then other "dopes" get confused about which post you are replying to.
I guess everyone is bothered by different things.0 -

There are a couple of reasons for doing that. You may not consider either of them valid, but I have two reasons.
We have a member who hasn't posted for about two years by the user name of Shadow83 (not to be confused with Shadow62) who had a habit of making some incredibly outlandish posts. When somebody replied to his posts, he would edit or delete them, causing the person making the reply to look a little strange. He's by no means to only poster to do that, but he is about the worst I remember.
Some of us are slow typists. If you reply to a specific post and there are several posts between your post and the post you are replying to, it can leave some confusion about who you are talking to or what you are talking about.0 -

I use "reply with quote" when I want to respond to a specific post or a point in a post. When others do it I just scroll through it. No big deal.
Of course you know that EVERYONE will do this to all your posts now, just because it bothers you.[}:)]0 -

How about those that MUST copy and paste someone else's post on the subject being discussed. Do they think you can't remember the previous post?

For some reason, I don't seem to have a problem scrolling through it to the response.
Many times someone will reply right after another,....get beat by someone else, and then other "dopes" get confused about which post you are replying to.
I guess everyone is bothered by different things.

There are a couple of reasons for doing that. You may not consider either of them valid, but I have two reasons.
We have a member who hasn't posted for about two years by the user name of Shadow83 (not to be confused with Shadow62) who had a habit of making some incredibly outlandish posts. When somebody replied to his posts, he would edit or delete them, causing the person making the reply to look a little strange. He's by no means to only poster to do that, but he is about the worst I remember.
Some of us are slow typists. If you reply to a specific post and there are several posts between your post and the post you are replying to, it can leave some confusion about who you are talking to or what you are talking about.

I use "reply with quote" when I want to respond to a specific post or a point in a post. When others do it I just scroll through it. No big deal.
Of course you know that EVERYONE will do this to all your posts now, just because it bothers you.

For some reason, I don't seem to have a problem scrolling through it to the response.
Many times someone will reply right after another,....get beat by someone else, and then other "dopes" get confused about which post you are replying to.
I guess everyone is bothered by different things.

There are a couple of reasons for doing that. You may not consider either of them valid, but I have two reasons.
We have a member who hasn't posted for about two years by the user name of Shadow83 (not to be confused with Shadow62) who had a habit of making some incredibly outlandish posts. When somebody replied to his posts, he would edit or delete them, causing the person making the reply to look a little strange. He's by no means to only poster to do that, but he is about the worst I remember.
Some of us are slow typists. If you reply to a specific post and there are several posts between your post and the post you are replying to, it can leave some confusion about who you are talking to or what you are talking about.

I use "reply with quote" when I want to respond to a specific post or a point in a post. When others do it I just scroll through it. No big deal.
Of course you know that EVERYONE will do this to all your posts now, just because it bothers you.

For some reason, I don't seem to have a problem scrolling through it to the response.
Many times someone will reply right after another,....get beat by someone else, and then other "dopes" get confused about which post you are replying to.
I guess everyone is bothered by different things.

There are a couple of reasons for doing that. You may not consider either of them valid, but I have two reasons.
We have a member who hasn't posted for about two years by the user name of Shadow83 (not to be confused with Shadow62) who had a habit of making some incredibly outlandish posts. When somebody replied to his posts, he would edit or delete them, causing the person making the reply to look a little strange. He's by no means to only poster to do that, but he is about the worst I remember.
Some of us are slow typists. If you reply to a specific post and there are several posts between your post and the post you are replying to, it can leave some confusion about who you are talking to or what you are talking about.

I use "reply with quote" when I want to respond to a specific post or a point in a post. When others do it I just scroll through it. No big deal.
Of course you know that EVERYONE will do this to all your posts now, just because it bothers you.

I use "reply with quote" when I want to respond to a specific post or a point in a post. When others do it I just scroll through it. No big deal.
Of course you know that EVERYONE will do this to all your posts now, just because it bothers you.

For some reason, I don't seem to have a problem scrolling through it to the response.
Many times someone will reply right after another,....get beat by someone else, and then other "dopes" get confused about which post you are replying to.
I guess everyone is bothered by different things.

There are a couple of reasons for doing that. You may not consider either of them valid, but I have two reasons.
We have a member who hasn't posted for about two years by the user name of Shadow83 (not to be confused with Shadow62) who had a habit of making some incredibly outlandish posts. When somebody replied to his posts, he would edit or delete them, causing the person making the reply to look a little strange. He's by no means to only poster to do that, but he is about the worst I remember.
Some of us are slow typists. If you reply to a specific post and there are several posts between your post and the post you are replying to, it can leave some confusion about who you are talking to or what you are talking about.

For some reason, I don't seem to have a problem scrolling through it to the response.
Many times someone will reply right after another,....get beat by someone else, and then other "dopes" get confused about which post you are replying to.
I guess everyone is bothered by different things.

There are a couple of reasons for doing that. You may not consider either of them valid, but I have two reasons.
We have a member who hasn't posted for about two years by the user name of Shadow83 (not to be confused with Shadow62) who had a habit of making some incredibly outlandish posts. When somebody replied to his posts, he would edit or delete them, causing the person making the reply to look a little strange. He's by no means to only poster to do that, but he is about the worst I remember.
Some of us are slow typists. If you reply to a specific post and there are several posts between your post and the post you are replying to, it can leave some confusion about who you are talking to or what you are talking about.

For some reason, I don't seem to have a problem scrolling through it to the response.

I use "reply with quote" when I want to respond to a specific post or a point in a post. When others do it I just scroll through it. No big deal.
Of course you know that EVERYONE will do this to all your posts now, just because it bothers you.

For some reason, I don't seem to have a problem scrolling through it to the response.
Many times someone will reply right after another,....get beat by someone else, and then other "dopes" get confused about which post you are replying to.
I guess everyone is bothered by different things.

There are a couple of reasons for doing that. You may not consider either of them valid, but I have two reasons.
We have a member who hasn't posted for about two years by the user name of Shadow83 (not to be confused with Shadow62) who had a habit of making some incredibly outlandish posts. When somebody replied to his posts, he would edit or delete them, causing the person making the reply to look a little strange. He's by no means to only poster to do that, but he is about the worst I remember.
Some of us are slow typists. If you reply to a specific post and there are several posts between your post and the post you are replying to, it can leave some confusion about who you are talking to or what you are talking about.

I use "reply with quote" when I want to respond to a specific post or a point in a post. When others do it I just scroll through it. No big deal.
Of course you know that EVERYONE will do this to all your posts now, just because it bothers you.
