Used laptop

Does anyone know where I can find a used PC laptop? All it has to do is run off it's battery, support Windows XP Pro SP1, run a .47 MB sized program, and has at least 1 USB port.

  I have a Gateway 400SD4 laptop with Xtra Battery, xtra charger, leather case and back-up software. Has CDRW/DVD combo, 60GB HD, 2Ghz processor. Runs perfect. It has Windows 2000. Will take $300 for it. (have too many laptops here)
