LOL. I've seen lots of strange stories making FRONT PAGE news in Wisconsin back when I lived there. Kids would bring in papers showing "Stop light out all day" in a big huge font, and then it would warrant a three-column story, since the headline wasn't enough information (as a journalism major at the time, I was stunned someone could write that much on a traffic light out).
