Sharps .45-100

Can anyone give me information on a .45-100 cartridge. I need to know total length of cartridge and diameter of shell casing. I make ammo boxes and have an order for a Sharps .45-100. Researching on the internet this particular load seems to be a rare animal as I can not nail down any details about this load.
Any info will be appreciated.

  .45-100 Sharps is the 2.6 inch case. Case head and rim diameters are about the same as .45-70 (.45 2.1")
  
  OAL can be about anything, depending on the bullet used. If this is a one-off, maybe the buyer will tell you what his OAL is.
