I sent out a blurb and links to make people aware of another blatant attack on our Liberty by the Democratically lead Congress. Got this in response:

Go to the site and scroll down and read an article that's very interesting about the Jamestown anniversary...political correctness IS the destruction of the American people. It's not the beginning, as I've read on many websites, it is the END of our rights. It is the end of the Constitution. We must stand up! We cannot keep waiting for someone else to do the work of defending our rights. I read a lot of articles and posts all over the Internet. I know there are some good and some great people that are working real hard. But it is not going to be enough to save us! WE MUST STAND UP!
For my grandchildren, I will STAND UP and do whatever it takes to stop the destruction of our country! I will use whatever resources, I will make any sacrifice, and I will not give up. I will not be fooled any longer. Why save money for their college fund if they will only be slaves to the State when they get their degree, if the Liberals have their way, And, IF they are allowed to attend college. They may just be sent to their "assigned duties". College may just be for the Leaders children.

The best course of action is to search online and by telephone. If passed the bill would produce a kind of fear that has always been associated with tyranny in any nation or civilization throughout history. Ignoring HR 1592 is what happens when we retreat to fantasy. Living in a contrived or alternate reality is sufficient to preoccupy a nation while real life truth is under attack. America has been summarily distracted. The enemy (unseen) is doing much more than trying to get you to curse the milk you dropped on the floor this morning. It is you and all who believe as you do he is trying to put on the floor.

I don't know what the issue is, but sounds like it could be a case of "political correctness". however, be it as it may, this particular website and this particular forum is owned and controlled by private enterprise and it's their private property and they are free to do as they like. we might or might not agree with it, but we don't really possess any rights here, we're guests, who abide by the rules set by the rightful owners of this resource. we're all free to move to another place, create our own, or use theirs at their discretion, and so on [:)] back in the day, and even now, some are still using mailing lists, especially paranoid, like myself, have all of their email signed and encrypted, that's the only place where one can be free to say anything about anything and we don't have long before that disappears as well.

That is pretty much the extent of what I asked about your area. I never saw his posts stretched, so therefore never knew you were fixing them. I would see the "latest" post by you, and think there was something new, but there wasn't, and then I started seeing the edits were causing the "phantom" new post. I was curious,......nothing more, on your end here. I have read the rules,........and am not a "moron". I realize this is a private site, and the owners can do whatever they wish. They have made several hundred dollars in fees from me, and others that I have sent to the auction side.
You should have seen that I even said, "most likely another moderator", on the other post, which is what really got me, and is where the "first amendment" comment came from. But when it looks like you are accusing "ME" of not caring about an amendment (ANY of them) it ticks me off. (I take that as a personal insult) Since your post was "started" talking about me editing a post, then finished with that statement. I could only assume you were commenting about how I run "this" forum. Since it was not aimed at me, I will offer my apology. But please, don't talk about how they run "their" forums in here.
Concerning rubbing me the wrong way, unless your name calling, or personally insulting someone, I pretty much let things ride. We have had some pretty heated debates in this forum. One of the reasons I like "this" forum, is because we CAN have heated debates and "most all" of the members that post in here, do it in a mature manner. If "I" post something you don't' agree with, DON'T be afraid to call me on it. Ask me why, or to back it up. I'll do the same to you. Fair enough?
Yes, there are certain "overall" rules for these forums. Different moderators run it different ways, and I don't always agree with all of them. Sometimes I even DIS-agree with them. (well, ONE of them anyway) But that's another story. I can't say, nor would I ask them, why they do what they do. If a member has a question, they can email the mod and ask it. Putting it out in the forums, usually ends up with it getting deleted.
As far as saying "black muslim" until I get word from higher up, I see no problem with it. The "N" word (among others) is not allowed, as you already know.
As for editing the links, some people have their screen setting different than others. While some links/pictures don't stretch the page for one, it does for another. I want to make this forum (as Wagon Wheel puts it) as "User Friendly" as possible. I want people to read/post here, and don't want to let a page that is hard to read, run them off. Personally, I HATE scrolling back and forth so I can read a page.
With explanations given on both sides, I hope we can be back on neutral ground. Well, not quite on neutral ground, you and I seem to be on the same side with most topics. So I'll say we are on one side, looking at the neutral ground with "them" on the other side. [:o)]0 -

Clearly demonstrating that they cannot be trusted with the nation's security, House Democrats are considering an Intelligence Authorization bill that calls for an assessment of the effects of climate change on national security. Yes, you read that right, climate change.
With existential threats such as al-Qa'ida, North Korea, Red China and Iran lurking around the world, one would think that the nation's limited intelligence resources could be put to better use than studying SUV exhaust. This same misuse of defense-related programs occurred during the Clinton years, too. We wonder what clues to 9/11 were missed while satellites were photographing polar bears in the Arctic.
Describing the climate study as "cutting edge," Intelligence panel Chairman Silvestre Reyes (D-TX) said the idea is one of several changes his party has made to intelligence policy. "This is an area that we may be vulnerable in terms of potential terrorists," Reyes declared.
The office of Minority Leader John Boehner (R-OH) wondered, "It's hard to imagine how anyone could believe that climate change represents a more clear and present danger to the United States than radical Islamic terrorists armed with bombs, but that's essentially what Democrats have concluded in this bill."
Indeed, should the U.S. ever again have to answer the question, "Was this attack preventable?" the answer will be that instead of funding the intelligence services to evaluate and warn of direct national threats, funds were diverted to study climate change.

Taqiyya or dissimulation, is a form of deception, which Muslims use to conceal the truth. This Islamic concept to deceive an enemy (i.e., non-Muslim, infidel, kafir, etc.) is not only a common practice, but is considered a virtue among Muslims. The level of deception here is ASTRONOMICAL!!!! Several of the Senators listed below have proposed Amendments to "Strengthen" this Bill and make it acceptable to the American people. Apparently, as nothing more than a ruse!! With only two exceptions, The Dorgan and Vitter Amendments (Both of which where defeated, by a wide margin) all proposed amendments have been denied introduction. Shelved, set aside, never to be debated or even considered!!!!! When they come back on the 4th of June, A vote is already scheduled, without further debate!!!! We MUST ACT NOW or watch them FLUSH NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY, Pass this AMNESTY BILL, all-the-while, lining their pockets with Lobbyist DOLLARS!! 2008 won't come soon enough for me.

A very clever amendment introduced by Sen. David Vitter (R-LA) on Thursday, May 24th, unmasked those Senators that have been playing both sides of the Amnesty charade. Sen. Vitter offered an amendment that would have stripped out all provisions to reward nearly all the 20 million illegal aliens with permanent legal status. The amendment sent the normally sedate and elderly Senators clumsily scrambling for cover. Senator Lamar Alexander tried his best to help his Republican colleagues dodge having to show their true color as Amnestistas by attacking the amendment, but to no avail.

Citizenship:
The provisions in Section 1 have been interpreted to the effect that children born on United States soil, with very few exceptions, are U.S. citizens. This type of guarantee-legally termed jus soli, or "right of the territory"- does not exist in most of Western Europe, Asia, India, Sri Lanka or the Middle East, although it is part of English common law and is common in the Americas.
However, the phrase and subject to the jurisdiction thereof indicates that there are some exceptions to the universal rule that birth on U.S. soil automatically grants citizenship. The following persons born in the United States are not considered "subject to the jurisdiction [of the United States]", and thus do not qualify for automatic citizenship under the Fourteenth Amendment:
Children born to foreign diplomats;
Children born to enemy forces in hostile occupation of the United States;
Children born to Native Americans who are members of tribes not taxed (these were later given full citizenship by the Indian Citizenship Act of 1924).
The following persons born in the United States are explicitly citizens:
Children born to US citizens;
Children born to aliens who are lawfully inside the United States (resident or visitor), with the intention of amicably interacting with its people and obeying its laws.
(I read that to mean that if you are an ILLEGAL ALIEN, actually broke our IMMIGRATION LAWS to get here, The 14th Amendment DOES NOT Grant CITIZENSHIP to your "Anchor Baby"!!!!)
The Supreme Court's ruling in Plyler v. Doe[3] stated that illegal immigrants are "within the jurisdiction" of the states in which they reside, and added in a footnote that "no plausible distinction with respect to Fourteenth Amendment 'jurisdiction' can be drawn between resident aliens whose entry into the United States was lawful, and resident aliens whose entry was unlawful." Some legislators, reacting to illegal immigration, have proposed that this be changed, either through legislation or a constitutional amendment. If the Supreme Court adheres to current interpretations of the Fourteenth Amendment, then it may be that only an amendment would be effective to bar the children of illegal immigrants from citizenship, although Plyler did not explicitly address the question of children born in the United States to illegal aliens or other non-citizens; the children dealt with in Plyler were born outside the U.S.
The Fourteenth Amendment does not explicitly provide any procedure for loss of United States citizenship. Loss of U.S. citizenship is possible only under the following circumstances:
Fraud in the naturalization process. Technically this is not loss of citizenship, but rather a voiding of the purported naturalization and a declaration that the immigrant never was a U.S. citizen.
Voluntary relinquishment of citizenship. This may be accomplished either through renunciation procedures specially established by the State Department or through other actions which demonstrate an intention to give up U.S. citizenship.
