First moving water trip...

this year as Palisades lake ice is rotten, had too much spring chores to go to Jackson Lake ( which is a shame because the ice is great right Know)the snow has way too much crust to run into Grassy lake without burning down snow machine or damaging hyfaxes,
SO.... we went just below the powerhouse at Palsiades dam and caught 4 browns 4lbs each, lost 2 at the net that were real nice fish and believe or not caught two small 2lb or so Mackinaws.
Wish I could get a digital camera to be able to post some pictures as we have taken some nice fish this winter.

Anyone else Hard Water Nuts?
