Caught a mess the other night. Any good beer batter recipe's?

Soak in milk and dredge in corn meal, then fry.
Do the same with the roe sacks if you've got 'em0 -
we always called them crappys,are they really called cropies? 0 -
Crappies croppy's, no difference there still good eating.[:)] 0 -
if you like eating fish,i cant stand eating fish,just catching them 0
