The Italian salad dressing at Wally World. I usually let it soak overnight and then pour it over them as they're being grilled. I use that for chicken breasts too, pretty good stuff. 0 -
Zesty Italian does just about anything justice.
Even makes Kingfish edible.

Italian dressing. I have a few recipes in a cookbook for some. Garlic butter is one, and i cant for the life of me remember the rest. 0 -
try this:1 stick of butter (melted)
1 shot jack daniels
1 tablespoon of black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder
and chili powders
brush it on as the shrimp cooks
or 1/4 cup bbq sauce and 1 shot jack daniels marinate steak in it for about 2 hours as steak cooks put shrimp in sauce for 10 minutes then grill. caution: shrimp left too long in jack will absorb the jack giving you all jack taste0 -

+1 on that, I use one almost identical. The cactus juice makes the difference- I'm careful not to let the worm get into the mix.[}:)]

Use Rosemary twigs as skewers, bast with olive oil with garlic and lemon. 0 -
I don't marinate shrimp very long because it seems to pick up the flavor very fast. All recipes so far mentioned work for me. I still like to taste the shrimp.
Also, garlic butter goes with anything! (I add fresh basil)0 -
Chopped garlic and juice, lawreys season salt and rib rub. Stir it together put in fridge for 1-2 hours then skewer and grill.
