The Italian salad dressing at Wally World. I usually let it soak overnight and then pour it over them as they're being grilled. I use that for chicken breasts too, pretty good stuff.

Zesty Italian does just about anything justice.

    Even makes Kingfish edible.

I use several..but best has oil, lime juice, roasted garlic, pepper, tequilla, and a few shots of hot sauce. Marinate for about an hour.

Another good one is 1/3 c teryiaki (can't spell that) 2/3 c water, 1/8 tsp ginger, 1/2 shot tequilla, 1 tbsp minced garlic.

Italian dressing. I have a few recipes in a cookbook for some. Garlic butter is one, and i cant for the life of me remember the rest.

try this:1 stick of butter (melted)
    1 shot jack daniels
1 tablespoon of black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder
    and chili powders
brush it on as the shrimp cooks

or 1/4 cup bbq sauce and 1 shot jack daniels marinate steak in it for about 2 hours as steak cooks put shrimp in sauce for 10 minutes then grill. caution: shrimp left too long in jack will absorb the jack giving you all jack taste

+1 on that, I use one almost identical. The cactus juice makes the difference- I'm careful not to let the worm get into the mix.[}:)]

Use Rosemary twigs as skewers, bast with olive oil with garlic and lemon.

I don't marinate shrimp very long because it seems to pick up the flavor very fast. All recipes so far mentioned work for me. I still like to taste the shrimp.
Also, garlic butter goes with anything! (I add fresh basil)

I use asian seasonings or sauces

Some of the best Salmon and shrip I ever cooked was with a Szechaun sauce.
