winchester 52 barrel question

Will all 52 barreks interchange? I see some with half threads, others with full threads. I have a 52-D (1962) with the heavy barrel and would like to know what fits. Would a 52-E work?

  all 52's were threaded the same, a 1920's barrel would fit on your 'd. and yes an 'e barrel would work fine (from my limited experience they were all indexed also).
