My ex-brother-in-law. If he weren't a selfish POS himself I'd feel sorry for him, being married to a space alien from the Hate You continent of the planet MeMeMe. The real kicker is, they've bred, twice, and both times spawned female clones of the mother being. Both girls are being raised to be just like mommy.

Edit: forgot to specify EX-brother-in-law. Most of my divorce I felt bad about -- at least for awhile -- but losing a huge chunk of family tree (at least in a legal sense -- they're still family) means I can now officially not give a rat's butt about these two.

I was trout fishing on a local stocked stream a couple of years ago. A young man came down the creek and when he got to me he asked me if I'd had any luck. I had four or five on a stringer. He had not caught any and it seemed to me like he was trying too hard. He told me that his wife was very jealous and if he didn't bring any fish home she would go off and start accusing him of numerous infidelites. I told him that I understood and gave him my entire string. I moved on down the stream. After a while I looked up where he was and saw a lady in a car who looked like she was giving him the buisness and he was holding up the string of fish. I hope she didn't smell his fingers! I try not to judge another man by the h_ll he tolerates, I figure that I don't know what his life is really like.

Several years back, me and a friend of mine decided to enter our names in a 'Quota Hunt' 'Deer hunt' on some exclusive state owned land. Your partys ticket was drawn by computer and chances of being picked for the hunt was slim due to the fact that they only allowed a certain number of hunters. We entered our application months in advance, and to our surprise, we were chosen for the hunt. With gleeful anticipation we planned our 4 day trip down to the smallest detail. On the evening before our departure to make the 150 mile trip my friends wife telephoned me and told me that "My husband isn't going to be able to go hunting, he has to fix the lawn mower". WTH??? I told her, Yeah, that fescue grows like hell in November when the temperature doesn't even get out of the 30's. She hung up on me. Needless to say, I didn't make any more plans including him in any hunting/fishing adventures. Not long afterwards, he gave up a very good job so they could move back to Wisconcin so she could visit her mama on a regular basis. I guess they traded that lawn mower in on a snowblower.

At least your friend knows she doesn't have a boyfriend. [:0]

Women that have boyfriends don't complain if the husband isn't around.[}:)][;)]

I 'spect that was aiding and abetting an affair. He could've told her his fishing story, then had to fly down to the crick to cover his arse when he realized she was going to go check on him there.

But yeah, one of my SILs is more than a little bit off. Long time ago I told my brother that I was just going to treat her like she was insane, as that was the only way her behavior made sense. The rest of the family just keeps their distance. The only person that flat told her (and him) off was Mom, and at 80+ she's earned the right!

I have a bud (Al) whos ole lady cant let him out of her sights, when he worked for me she would show up at every job site, every day.
He would drive over to my place and ride in with me she called to speak to him every morning after he got there, when we got home the phone would be ringing as we pulled in the drive. Once she got so mad because I wouldn't answer the phone she called and told the fire department that my house was on fire, she caught hell for that, legaly speaking. the worst time was when she got a guy she worked with to beat the shinola out of him, that was truely a bad day.
And to top it off there still married, and she still pulling that nonsence on him, She was so ugly that Igor wouldn't have slept with her, but love was blind and so was he. If she had been prettier maybe I could understand but man a ugly women. At least a two bagger if you know what I mean.

Heres one for the books,,, I knew a guy that was kicked out of his own house by his common law wife and forced to sleep at the plant. She would let him come back home when his paycheck came in. When the money ran out he was back sleeping at the plant. I suspect there was some drug use involved with that relationship. Money's gone? I'm gone..... like an old friend of mine said once,,"If it flys, floats, or *****, it's cheaper to rent"quote:Originally posted by daveald
