    She is, without a doubt, the single most screwed up celebrity that I've seen in my lifetime, and there's a lot of mentally-ill people in the entertainment biz to choose from.

    I am actually a 7231, but I couldn't tell you until I got its' classification cleared under the "Freedom of Information Act".

    Now can I own a firearm ??

    OK Now that you've had your fun.

    To be totally accurate she was taken to an institution FOR AN EVALUATION. Section 5150 of the Kalif. Health and Safety Code states that a person that is a danger to them-selfs or others my be taken for a 72 hour evaluation.

    IF she is found to be mentally unstable AND have a judge adjudicate that she is mentally ill, THEN she would be banned from owning guns.

    The mere fact that she was arrested for 5150 H&S does not preclude her from gun ownership.
