Feel a lot older this morning

For all you praying folks out there share some with me this morning ,others that dont pray just well wishes.My only daughter recieved news yesterday that she has stage 4 cervical cancer and doctors give her 6 months to live.She has 3 children of her own and a good husband and should something happen to her they will be in good hands.I spent yesterday with him and we talked and cryed like babies at times but its time to act strong for her.I,m in my mid 80,s now and i lost one son Carl on the USS.Forrestal,29,July,67.and i dont want to see another child of mine pass it,s just not natural.I will remain strong as possible for her whatever the outcome and also for my other children but this is wearing me down.Thanks,Paul

    Prayers sent. My father buried my older sister and my older brother before he passed. I buried a son when he was four. Parents aren't supposed to bury their kids.

    Ya'll are right about parents not having to bury their children. But....some cosmic entity decides who, what and where that is gonna happen.

    For those that asked my daughters name is Carol, she has 3 children ,Doctors tell me she,s to advanced to get surgery but they will try to reduce cancer with strong cemo to get to the point of being able to do surgery.My daughter is being very stong about this and i hope,or should i say i will be strong for her whatever takes place.i,ll try to keep posted as to whats going on ,makes me feel better to talk bout it.And thank god for a wonderfull woman Sarawho standing by me and just being there to lean on.Thanks,Paul

    I have lost friends and loved ones and often that was hard to bear. If I lost my daughter or grandson I don't know if I would ever get back to normal again.
