    Just wondering however.

    If one were to look at the ATF's outlook that if you ever put an AR-15 lower on a rifle then it could not be made a pistol ever again. So using that logic, once you used a pistol frame to make the rifle it could never return to a pistol.

    Perhaps not and I wouldn't care anyways just thought it was weird.

    I will continue to watch this one, maybe I need a 1911 frame. [:D]

    i chronographed one of them one time with the pistol used side by side, and same load, i was surprised it only gained about 40 fps, only reason i can think of is the pistol barrel was a match grade barrel which typically is 1/1000 tighter than standard
