    It's BS that the girl wont be punished the way she should be. However, it does bring up a good point, as far as checking workers before allowing them on to school grounds.

    Well I guess those remodeling jobs will take 5 years instead of one. Oh...and maybe we shouldnt allow any home builders to do construction in areas where kids live...you know you cant be too safe. (sarcasm in case it didnt come across well)

    I really think the construction guy she accused should see a lawyer and teach her and her family the consequences of making false accusation. Crap like this tends to follow a person around.

    my brother in law was accused by his daughter of sexual
    assault. she was in the violent stage.
    She moved out of her parents house, moved in with a
    man and women, who she did have a sexual encounter with.
    to my knowledge they are still in jail, she was 12 yrs old.
