Bring Parts Back In to USA?

I am Getting ready to Bug out to Qatar next week going via Northern Africa will have plenty of time to go shoping. Then Back to usa and around to Tanzania And then do it all over again to Chad.

I Will be looking for parts when I am there. What can we ship or bring back legally?
