Vitamin Supplement
What would be a good vitamin to take to help with muscle growth. NO, I don't want a steroid, creatine, or anything like that. I would like a vitamin.
I'm not a big biologist or anything so I really don't know what vitamin helps out with muscles the most. I eat as much protein as I can every day, lift 3 days a week, do cardio the other 3-4, depending on how busy I am. I'd appreciate any worthwhile advice on a supplement.

A thousand mg of D daily will not hurt you. Potassium helps heal muscle damage, no vitamin makes them larger. 0 -

Whey protein.
I've been talking with some coaches, trainers, etc. and they recommended (other than the usual creatine and the like) whey protein.
I'm not looking to put on a ton of weight (6'4" 190), just want to improve my body composition...less fat, more muscle.
Thanks, I'll probably pick some up this weekend.0 -

Soy protein? Isn't that kinda like a tofu steak? [:p]0 -

Protein! 1 gram/lb of body weight
google up vitamins and read what each helps the body do.
read some where that protein from animal sources is more useable than veggie proteins in the human body.0 -
Contact Dennis or his mother (never remember her name) at Unlimited Nutrition. Very helpful.
