Barrel De-Resonator?

The barrel de-resonator from Limbsaver anyone use one? Just a gimmick or does it really work?

I put one on my Browning .300 WSM after my first trip to the range. Major differnce. It looks goofy as hell, but it works.

Same principle as the Browning BOSS system - get the vibrations, etc. to be as consistent as possible... Don't see why it wouldn't work...

Same idea but the mini 14 has is more of an adjustable barrel weight. The de-resonator is more like a vibration dampener. They both try to optimize barrel harmonics.

I saw a mini 14 with a composite stock with the new target barrel.
they sure want alot for the new barrel
