K-Mart here hasn't carried ammo since Michael Moore went off on them. Not just pistol, but they quit carrying all of it. BTW...what in the heck were you doing in K-Mart to begin with???? [:D] 0 -

dan this is a rair find i think when sears bought K MART there just doing away with ammo sales and this store manger must just want to dump it, there is still some left that were not reduced yet so im going to keep checking in, hell i dont have a 30-30 or a 30-06 (yet) i found some 20ga last week there for $3.00 box and had to go find a gun then. did not have a 20ga either[:(]

hey chev...about 2 weeks or so ago i bought 500 rounds of .22 sub sonic to use in a pistol that the club lets me shoot...i paid $52 for it...the exchange rate for the australian $ to the u.s. $ is about 88 cents..even allowing for the exchange rate it is still very expensive here...i priced 20 rounds of winchester 30-06 at the same time and it was $ 45..even surplus 308 ( 7.62x51) is expensive here...but ammo has always been costly here...if you shoot centrefire a lot you reload, its just too expensive here for ammo not to do it.when im allowed to own my own pistols here i will get all the gear and reload...i fire about 100 rounds at the club when im there so its a matter of having to...its a pity i dont know any ffl holders in the u.s., i would buy my pistols from there , they are dirt cheap compared to what i will have to pay here!i looked at some second hand ones last week and the prices scared me! 0 -

i do hope some of you find marked down ammo, the last time i posted this i dont think anybody found any, i have called everyone i know that shoots and all that was left was to post it here and hope for the best,
