its used to fill, the black end snaps on the low side [big line] and the freon can is screwed on the white, you fill it while watching the guage keeping charge in the green 25 to 45 is full charge, don't overfill 0 -
how do you regulate input? how do you stop it if it goes out of green? 0 -
there should be a valve you turn in and out on the white part. i dont see it. thats how you regulate it i probably have a valve for it around see if it has a threaded hole down through the middle of the white side 0 -
some don't have a valve, but there is a check valve that closes when you remove the line from the vehicle 0 -
You regulate input by turning off the valve on the top of the freon tank when the needle is registering the optimum pressure. Best, Joe 0 -
