here's the interior,tilt int.wipers,autometer tach,water temp,oil pressure ga. custom billet trim,new dash,seat cover,headliner,visors,carpet....and on and etc..[:D]

and the engine and compartment,.383ci GM crate engine..never been in the rain..ready to show and let some one add some chrome,140amp tuff stuff alt,flex fan,4 core radiator/new,shroud/new..heater core/KN filter/precharger,and lots more..

    mileage,? gas mileage about 12.5,..miles on the odometer 1200-1300 miles on the entire running gear, 1 ton rears ft/rr trans,motor 383ci crate,..GM..Loko

    Cant speak for the rest of the truck. But Counts up in White Sulpher does some of the best paint jobs that I have seen.

    They did a friends Ford extended work van. It looked better than a factory job when they finished it.

    I will be honest with you since no one else will.

    The truck is not worth $16,500.

    First of all it is 23 years old. Second it is considered a kit truck. Meaning that it was built using a slue of after market parts which does nothing to the value of a car or truck. A 50 thousand dollar crate engine will not add one cent to the value of a car or truck. All the lending institutions want to know is the X number of cylinders and the size (Liter or CID) of the engine. To be honest with you the more after market parts that you slap on a car or truck causes the value to drop. Sister in the insurance game will tell you that. For they have no proof of the quality of the products or the work that were used.

    Am I saying that you have a bad truck? No

    I am just stating the facts of the way cars and trucks are looked at now days when it comes to getting loans of filing an insurance claim on one.

    Loan value on a 1988 GMC 4x4 (as far back as our banks will go when making a car loan)with every option that you can slap on one will only be about $6000.00 max.

    Best bet for a sale would be to put it up on a lot of sites dedicated to 4x4's especially GM sites. But even then it will be a tough sale due to it being a truck. In this age of rock crawling and serious mudding. Trucks are about a thing of the past. For they are to many used Jeeps and SUV's that are priced cheap that does a better job on the trails.

    This is not a trail vehicle..its show ready,all new running gear top to bottom front to back, you couldn't begin to build this rust free 85 from SOUTH CAROLINA for 16,500..which wont buy it anyway..dream on ALICE..[;)]..Loko..
